General mechanical rubber goods manufacture of different spectrum and assignment with dimensions up to 700x700mm with an effort of pressing of 400kg/cm 2. The collars, pump bucket, including ones with metal fitting - defensive corrugated cases of different type-sizes are made from various brands mixtures by a method of compression moulding; the profiles of any configuration are produced by a method of forcing (with consequent autoclave cure).
Manufacture of parts from fiber-glass-reinforced plastics with constructional and decorative-defensive assignment. The production capacities allow producing decorative high quality glass-fiber panels for a cabin interior of a civil airplane with consequent pasting by a facing skim or coloring by enamels.
Two autoclaves of the German "Sholts" corporation allow gaining parts from coal-plastic and organic-plastic of a particular mission.
The available spectrum of binding agents allows producing parts with the maintenance temperature up to +150°C and the loading up to 300 kg/mm 2. The pant has a possibility to produce impregnated reinforcing filler on setting of vertical impregnation UPST-1000 (impregnation of ribbons and tissues of width from 250 up to 1000mm).
